Community room: Our large conference room (800sf) can accommodate up to 40 people and can be set up in any style that works best for you: classroom style for presentations and teaching, U-shape or Hollow Square for meetings and panels, conference style for collaborating, and auditorium style for lectures and larger groups that do not require note taking. We are flexible and can work with you.

Rates:

• $100/Half Day (8am-Noon or 1pm-5pm)
• $135/Full Day (9am-5pm),
• Additional Time before 8am or after 5pm: $45/hour
• Weekend Rates start at $165 inquire for more details
• Huddle room: Our small conference room is perfect the size for a meeting with up to 4 people. Half day ($65) and full day ($85) rates available.
