Community room: Our large conference room (800sf) can accommodate up to 40 people and can be set up in any style that works best for you: classroom style for presentations and teaching, U-shape or Hollow Square for meetings and panels, conference style for collaborating, and auditorium style for lectures and larger groups that do not require note taking. We are flexible and can work with you.

Rates:

• $90/Half Day (either 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm)
• $120/Full Day (9am-5pm),
• Event Scheduled Before 9am or after 5pm additional $40 After hours Event: $120 5pm-9pm

• Huddle room: Our small conference room is perfect size for a meeting with up to 4 people. Half day ($65) and full day ($85) rates available.
